These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Hilfal Studio website and any design or development services you engage us for. By using our site or hiring us, you agree to these terms. Our Services

Hilfal Studio provides design and development services including branding, web and landing page design, mobile app design, and Webflow, Framer, and Shopify development. The exact scope of any engagement is defined in the proposal or agreement we sign with you.

Proposals & Agreements

Each project starts with a proposal covering scope, deliverables, timeline, and price. Work begins once the proposal is accepted and any required deposit is paid. If something falls outside the agreed scope, we'll discuss it and issue a revised proposal before doing the work.

Client Responsibilities

To deliver on time, we need you to:

• Provide the content, assets, access, and feedback we need, when we need them
• Respond within a reasonable timeframe at each review stage
• Make payments according to the agreed schedule

Delays in feedback, materials, or payment may shift the timeline. We're not responsible for missed deadlines caused by waiting on the client.

Revisions & Approvals

Each project includes a set number of revision rounds, defined in your proposal. Once you approve a deliverable, that stage is considered final. Further changes after approval may be billed as additional work.

Payments

Payment terms, deposits, and schedules are covered in our Payment Policy and your project agreement. Final files and deliverables are released once all outstanding invoices are paid.

Intellectual Property

You own the final deliverables once payment is complete in full. Until then, all work remains our property. We may keep internal working files, source files, and licensed third-party assets (fonts, plugins, stock) under their own licenses. Unless agreed otherwise, we reserve the right to show the completed work in our portfolio and marketing.

Confidentiality

Anything you share with us for a project stays confidential and is used only to deliver your work. If you need a formal NDA, we're happy to sign one.

Third-Party Tools & Services

Our work often relies on platforms like Webflow, Framer, Shopify, and similar tools. These have their own terms, pricing, and subscriptions, which are your responsibility once a project is handed over. We're not liable for outages, pricing changes, or policy changes on platforms we don't control.

Warranties & Liability

We deliver our work with professional care. Beyond that, services are provided "as is." We're not liable for indirect losses — lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption — arising from the use of our work or website. Our total liability for any project is limited to the amount you paid us for that project.

Termination

Either side may end an engagement in writing. If you cancel mid-project, you're responsible for payment covering work completed up to that point. Deposits and payments for completed work are non-refundable, as set out in our Payment Policy.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The latest date appears at the top. Continuing to use our site or services means you accept the current terms.
